These Terms and Conditions apply to the Fitlyzer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Burak Arğun (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

Subscription and Payment Terms

This application is offered with auto-renewable subscription plans. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Subscription prices and available durations are displayed within the Application and in the App Store.

User Responsibilities

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged as it may compromise security and prevent proper functionality.

Limitations of Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function due to lack of internet connection, depleted battery, or data allowance. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your reliance on the Application’s functionality or third-party data.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application or change its availability at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may terminate the Service without notice; upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application from your device.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Manisa, Türkiye.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Bu Şartlar ve Koşullar, Burak Arğun (bundan sonra "Hizmet Sağlayıcı" olarak anılacaktır) tarafından mobil cihazlar için geliştirilen Fitlyzer uygulamasına (bundan sonra "Uygulama" olarak anılacaktır) uygulanır.

Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen kullanmadan önce dikkatlice okuyun. Uygulamanın, herhangi bir bölümünün veya ticari markalarımızın izinsiz kopyalanması, değiştirilmesi veya dağıtılması yasaktır. Kaynak kodunu çıkarma, farklı dillere çevirme veya türev versiyonlar oluşturma girişimleri yasaktır. Tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Hizmet Sağlayıcıya aittir.

Abonelik ve Ödeme Koşulları

Bu uygulama, otomatik yenilenen abonelik planları ile sunulmaktadır. Satın alma işlemi onaylandığında ödeme Apple Kimliğiniz üzerinden tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Mevcut dönem bitiminden 24 saat önce yenileme ücreti hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliklerinizi istediğiniz zaman App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Abonelik ücretleri ve süreleri, Uygulama içinde ve App Store’da görüntülenir.

Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

Uygulama, Hizmeti sunmak için sağladığınız kişisel verileri saklar ve işler. Cihazınızın ve Uygulamaya erişimin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Jailbreak veya root işlemleri güvenlik riskleri oluşturur ve uygulamanın çalışmasını engelleyebilir.

Sorumluluk Sınırlamaları

Uygulamanın internet bağlantısı olmaması, pil bitmesi veya veri kotasının dolması durumlarında çalışmamasından Hizmet Sağlayıcı sorumlu değildir. Uygulamanın işlevselliğine veya üçüncü taraf verilerine güvenmeniz sonucu oluşabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

Güncellemeler ve Fesih

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamayı veya hizmetin sağlanmasını herhangi bir zamanda değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabilir. Sunulan güncellemeleri kabul etmeyi taahhüt edersiniz. Hizmetin sona ermesi halinde Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmalı ve cihazınızdan silmelisiniz.

Geçerli Hukuk

Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Her türlü uyuşmazlık, Manisa mahkemelerinde çözümlenecektir.

Şartlardaki Değişiklikler
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Güncellemeler sonrası uygulamanın kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, yeni şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
